Ce gel de lin riche en acide gras essentiels, en vitamines et protéines fournira à vos cheveux tous les nutriments dont ils ont besoin pour les rendre plus résistants.

Instructions

"1. Versez 2 tasses d'eau et un quart de tasse de graines de lin entières dans une casserole sur une cuisinière. Cuire à feu moyen. 2. Remuez continuellement avec une cuillère en bois jusqu'à ébullition. Réduisez le feu au fur et à mesure que le mélange épaissit. 3. Enfin, éteignez le feu tout en remuant continuellement pour refroidir le mélange. 4. laissez refroidir complètement jusqu'à obtention d'une consistance semblable à celle du blanc d'œuf. 5. Lorsqu'il aura refroidi, filtrez-le avec un collant ou une étamine et mélangez-le bien avec l'huile de votre choix pour un parfum de gel capillaire unique. Vous pouvez également ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe de miel pour une meilleure tenue. 6. Conservez votre gel dans un récipient hermétique et conservez-le au réfrigérateur pour le préserver plus lontemps."
