"Les bananes contiennent de l'amidon et des polysaccharides qui réduisent les défauts superficiels tout en lissant les cheveux. Le miel humectant naturel est idéal pour hydrater les cheveux. L’huile d’olive et l'huile d'amande nourriront les cheveux et le cuir chevelu tout en scellant l'hydratation."

Ingrédients

1 cuillère à soupe de miel pur
4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 banane
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’amande douce

Instructions

"1. À l’aide d’une fourchette (ou d’un mélangeur), écraser (ou Mélangez) la banane jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit lisse. 2. Ajoutez ensuite le reste des ingrédients et Mélangez jusqu’à l'obtention d'une consistance lisse. Assurez-vous qu’il n’y ait pas de grumeaux dans le masque. 3. Appliquez le mélange sur vos cheveux. 4. Ensuite, couvrez avec un bonnet en plastique 3. Laissez reposer pendant 15 à 30 minutes."
