"L’avoine contient des vitamines et des minéraux qui aident à traiter les pellicules et à renforcer la fibre capillaire. Le lait de coco, l’huile de coco ainsi que le miel utilisés en synergie avec l’avoine sont de véritables alliés pour réparer les cheveux abîmés."

Ingrédients

3 cuillères à soupe de miel pur
3 cuillères à soupe d'avoine
3 cuillères à soupe de lait de coco (ou d'amande)
3 cuillères à soupe d’huile de coco

Instructions

"1. Hydratez l’avoine dans le lait pendant 2 heures. 2. Ensuite, filtrez l’avoine et Mélangez le liquide avec les autres ingrédients jusqu’à ce qu’il soit lisse. 3. Appliquez le mélange sur vos cheveux. 4. Ensuite, couvrir d’un bonnet en plastique. 5. Et laissez reposer pendant 15 à 30 minutes."
