Bienfaits

Les avocats contiennent des vitamines A à E et B6, des acides aminés, du magnésium, de l’acide folique et du fer qui aident à renforcer les cheveux abîmés en manque de nutriments. Le miel est un humectant naturel qui aide à conserver l'humidité des cheveux.

Ingrédients

1 avocat (2 si vous avez des cheveux plus longs)
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 cuillère à soupe de miel pur

Instructions

1. Faites une purée avec l’avocat à l'aide d'un mixeur ou d'une fourchette
2. Filtrez la purée à l’aide d’une passoire ou un tamis dans un bol.
3. Ajoutez tous les ingrédients et mélangez bien.
4. Appliquez sur cheveux mouillés après votre shampoing fait maison. Couvrez-les d’un bonnet en plastique et laissez poser pendant 30 minutes.
5. Rincez et appliquez ensuite un après-shampoing sans rinçage fait maison et coiffez vos cheveux comme vous le souhaitez.
