Ingrédients

1/2 betterave

3 cuillères à soupe d’huile de ricin noir jamaïcaine

3 cuillères à café d’huile de romarin

Instructions

"1. Mélangez la betterave jusqu’à l'obtention d'une consistance lisse. 2. Ajoutez ensuite le reste des ingrédients et Mélangez jusqu’à l'obtention d'une consistance lisse. 3. Appliquez le mélange des racines aux pointes. 4. Ensuite, couvrir d’un bonnet en plastique ou d’un sac. 5. Et laissez reposer pendant 15 à 30 minutes."
