Bienfaits

Le yaourt riche en protéines et légèrement acide est un excellant hydratant pour les cheveux. L'huile de ricin est idéale pour lutter contre les cheveux abîmés et les pointes fourchues. Elle permet également d'éliminer les pellicules et de favoriser la croissance des cheveux. L'huile de coco possède une bonne aptitude à pénétrer la fibre capillaire. Elle gaine, protège et nourrit les cheveux et apporte douceur et brillance aux cheveux abîmés.

Ingrédients

1 yaourt nature à la grecque
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile de ricin noire de Jamaïque
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile de noix de coco
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive

Instructions

"1. Mélangez le yaourt et les ingrédients dans un bol. 2. Apliquez le mélange sur vos cheveux (Assurez-vous d'insister sur les pointes.) 2. Ensuite, couvrir d’un bonnet en plastique. 3. Et laissez reposer pendant 60 minutes."
