Bienfaits

Le shampoing à l'œuf rend les cheveux brillants et lisses. Employé 1 à 2 fois par semaine il répare les cheveux abîmés.

Ingrédients

1 œuf (ou 5 cuillères à soupe de protéines hydrolysées) et 1 jaune d'oeuf
1 cuillère à café de miel
1/2 verre de bière
Serviette en microfibre

Instructions

1. battez l'œuf et le jaune d'œuf dans un bol
2. Ajoutez le miel et la bière, mélangez bien de façon à obtenir une préparation lisse
3. Faites couler le mélange sur vos cheveux humides et malaxez
4. Rincez à l'eau tiède. N'employez pas d'eau chaude pour éviter de cuire l'oeuf.
5. vous pouvez terminer par un rinçage à l'eau vinaigrée ou additionnée de jus de citron après vous être assuré d'avoir bien rincé vos cheveux. Les produits acides coagulent l'oeuf.
6. Séchez vos cheveux avec une serviette en microfibre
