"Le cacao est riche en magnésium qui aide à lutter contre la perte de cheveux et l’amincissement. Il contient également des antioxydants qui nourrissent et favorisent l'éclat de vos cheveux. Le yaourt apporte des protéines restructurantes et hydratantes permettant de nourrir et gainer la fibre capillaire. L'aloe vera possède des propriétés apaisantes et hydratantes favorisant la croissance combinée à l'huile d'olive et l'huile de ricin pour un effet optimal."

Ingrédients

1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge
1 yaourt nature à la grecque
2 cuillères à soupe de poudre de cacao sans sucre ajouté
1-2 cuillères à soupe de gel d’aloe vera
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile de ricin

Instructions

"1. Mélangez tous les ingrédients jusqu’à obtenir une pâte. 2. Appliquer le mélange des pointes aux racines. 3. Ensuite, couvrir d’un bonnet en plastique ou d’un sac. 4. Et laissez reposer pendant 30 minutes"
