La mayonnaise contient des ingrédients qui nourrissent et apportent brillance aux cheveux, apaisent le cuir chevelu et prolongent l’éclat des colorations. Les avocats contiennent des vitamines A à E et B6, des acides aminés, du magnésium, de l’acide folique et du fer qui aident à renforcer les cheveux abîmés en manque de nutriments.

Ingrédients

1/2 avocat
2 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise maison

Instructions

"1. Découpez un 1/2 avocat en petit morceau et écrasez le tout dans un bol. 2. Ajoutez 2 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise à votre purée d'avocat et mélangez-la avec vos mains jusqu'à obtenir un mélange homogène. 3. Appliquez cette pâte verte sur vos cheveux des pointes aux racines. 4. Laisser poser une vingtaine de minute sous un film de cellophane. 5. Rincer ensuite à l'eau tiède."
